What to Bring to Your White Card Course

2 min read

The Absolute Essentials

Being unprepared for your training day can result in being turned away without a refund. The three most critical things you must bring are:

  • 100 Points of Original ID: Physical documents only. No photos on phones.
  • Your USI Number: Have your 10-digit Unique Student Identifier written down or accessible on your phone.
  • Enclosed Footwear: You will not be allowed to participate in the practical assessment wearing thongs or sandals.

Classroom Comforts

The White Card course is a full 6-hour session. While training centers are equipped for comfort, you should consider bringing a water bottle, a notebook and pen if you prefer taking physical notes, and layers of clothing, as classroom air conditioning can be unpredictable.

Lunch and Breaks

Your trainer will schedule short breaks and a longer lunch break. While many ORBIT training centers are located near cafes (such as our Sunshine and Melbourne CBD locations), bringing your own lunch and snacks can save time and keep your energy up for the afternoon assessments.
