Terms of Service

Please read these terms of service carefully before booking a course with ORBIT Education & Training.

1. Enrolment and Booking

By booking a course, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your enrolment is only confirmed once full payment is received, unless an alternative arrangement has been made in writing.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

At Orbit, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring effective course scheduling:

  • Failure to Attend: If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you will be provided with the opportunity to transfer your booking to the next available course date at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of your original booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and arrangements.

3. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any disruptive behaviour, harassment, or violation of safety rules may result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.

4. Unique Student Identifier (USI)

All students undertaking nationally recognised training must provide a valid USI before a certificate or statement of attainment can be issued. It is the student's responsibility to obtain and provide this.
