Failure to Attend a Booked Course

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you will be provided with the opportunity to transfer your booking to the next available course date at no additional cost.
Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your new training date.
Cancellation Policy
Timelines & Eligibility
If you wish to cancel your booking, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of your original booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your request and course arrangements.
Cancellations received outside the applicable cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund.
